We all need reminders of how important it is to take care of our bodies and our health.  When we take a moment to stop and think about all the incredible functions of our bodies, the miracle that keeps our hearts beating, our eyes seeing, our ears hearing….we can realize how blessed we are to be living in these containers called human bodies.

As a hypnotist, helping people let go of harmful substances and negative habits and keeping their bodies healthy is part of my daily work. I’m not sure some people really ‘get’ how fortunate they are to be able to take a deep breath, go for a walk or enjoy the beauty of a sunrise.

So I hope this short video helps remind you (as it did me) of appreciating what you have and committing to take good care of your billionaire body.
