Throughout each of the 12 weeks of the program, you will have access to videos and audios that will help you overcome your struggles and excuses. You will have weekly reading and/or writing assignments to help you clarify, solidify and electrify your goals and outcomes. There will be inspirational and informational tips and tools strategically placed throughout to help your mind stay focused on the things you want to achieve.
I’ve even included a “4 Quick Tips” section to each week to help you focus on just 4 simple thoughts or activities that you can work on that particular week. Simple is always best! One of our favorite sayings is:
