Watch Your Words

Have you ever noticed how many times you say, “I never…” or “I always…”?  Whatever follows those words become your truth. So it is important to pay attention to the words you say. The subconscious mind is always listening to you and wants to make you right. So if you say, “I never catch up on my work…” your mind will find ways to sabotage you to make sure you never catch up. If you say “I always feel tired…” your mind will believe you and your energy will be low.

What we verbalize to others as well as how we internally talk to ourselves can determine our experiences in life.  Practice making intentional positive statements, both out loud and when speaking to yourself. It can make a big difference.
